- Acquire, retain, and grow Korean corporate client relationships
- Build and win long-term relationships with customers with an eye toward revenue expansion, pipeline momentum, relationship profitability, prospecting, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and RFP proposal/presentation delivery
- Identify and meet clients’ needs through matching a broad range of products; Collaborate with product partners
- Own customer engagement, ensuring service excellence for all aspects of any customer; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including c-suite executives and senior management
- Responsible for client selection and managing the credit risk and financial crime risk associated with the clients
- Lead, inspire and motivate junior colleagues to ensure a flawless relationship management service is delivered; Support development of a positive, collaborative culture.

- 6+ Years of relevant experience; Solid relationship with Korean corporate clients with strong understanding of various industries
- Authentic long-term relationship building skills and interest in building a high quality client portfolio
- Commercial lending experience, including the ability to understand and negotiate credit terms; Strong knowledge of credit risk management
- Strong all-round knowledge of banking products (including Treasury, Payment, Trade Finance Solutions and Markets products) and banking regulations
- Proven leadership skills; Entrepreneurial, Self-motivated, and success driven
- Proficiency both in Korean and English
