We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Wealth Commercialization & Strategy.

Principal Responsibilities

Role Overview:

This role supports the commercialization of wealth products & solutions, with a strong focus on developing and executing client engagement strategies, driving targeted activation, and supporting campaign and performance initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the interplay between different wealth products & solutions and the interaction with other enablers to design holistic, commercially sound strategies that drive client outcomes and business growth. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all commercialization efforts are insight-led, well-coordinated, and aligned to wealth business growth objectives.

In this role you will

  • Shape and execute client engagement strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes, including wealth penetration, revenue uplift and wealth product adoption across the client continuum, channels and client lifecycle stages
  • Track and glean insights into key performance indicators to guide commercial focus, prioritize engagement activities, and enable data-driven decision-making across platforms and client continuum
  • Contribute to the design and launch of integrated wealth campaigns, ensuring commercial alignment and relevance to wealth client needs and frontline engagement
  • Leverage insights from past initiatives and performance trends, partnering with Data & Analytics team, and incorporate competitive intelligence to sharpen targeting and rollout plans
  • Support cross-functional planning to ensure messaging, sequencing, and delivery are client-centric and aligned across stakeholders to business objectives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders e.g. products, propositions, digital, marketing, data & analytics and frontline to support the effective development and delivery of wealth commercialization initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in client engagement activities by supporting test-and -learn approaches, embedding feedback loops and using insights to optimize future executions
  • Contribute to broader wealth commercialization planning and governance, including initiative tracking, documentation, alignment of initiatives, and prioritization support
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Experience in wealth management, strategy or commercialization roles ideally with exposure across investments and insurance
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
  • Proven commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, sensitivity to both client needs and frontline realities
  • Deep understanding of how wealth products function and interact, and how to integrate them with other enablers to drive holistic client value.
  • Familiarity with affluent and HNW segments and the ability to tailor wealth commercialization approaches across differentiated client needs and engagement models.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that requires both structure and agility.
