• The role is to execute and support the Structured Product business growth covering operation, compliance, product and performance management covering both Retail Wealth and Global Private Banking
• Contributes to the Structured Product development to achieve business objectives 
• Develops and execute products and channel strategy 
• Develop clear service guideline and procedure for operation process 
• Manage the everyday operations of structured Product sales in Taiwan, including relationship with issuers, transaction process, new product onboarding and after-sales service 
• Ensuring all operation process and customer service provided are within compliance guidelines and meet group standard 
• Financial and operation risk management
