We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager - Data Science - CIB DATA TRANS PERF- CHINA.
Principal responsibilities
Lead the delivery of research work within CIB DA.
- Coordinate with Universities, science parks, startups, and vendors to define and execute research questions.
- Lead the existing research initiatives in flight and be accountable for generating research output.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in analytics, big data technologies, and AI research. Internalize and commercialize research output.
GenAI Safety
- Identify the risk and threats posed by Generative AI.
- Proactively identify automated strategies to our systems on an ongoing basis.
- Work with researchers and vendors to define the GenAI safety.
GenAI Education
- Scan the horizon of latest developments in Applied AI.
- Manage communities, monitor chat groups, and the research symposium.
- Deliver training to senior stakeholders worldwide.
Stakeholder engagement
- Engage with senior stakeholders locally and globally.
- Serve as the relationship manager for China based analytics projects.
要求
- PhD or Master in AI/ML related fields with strong publication records.
- Familiar with data science tools and environment, must have strong experience in Python Programming to perform complex statistical analysis of large datasets.
- Deep technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, AI/GenAI etc.
- Team player with business and data sensitivity; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
