- The role is to execute and support the Managed Solutions business growth covering operation, compliance, product and performance management covering both Retail Wealth and Global Private Banking
- Contributes to the Managed Solutions Product development including both Unit Trust and Alternatives to achieve business objectives
- Supports to all Managed Solutions Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication and events
- Develops and execute products and channel strategy
- Develops tactical marketing campaigns and sales promotion
- Develop clear service guideline and procedure for operation process
- Manage the everyday operations of Managed Solutions sales in Taiwan, including relationship with Fund houses, transaction process, new product onboarding and after-sales service
- Ensuring all operation process and customer service provided are within compliance guidelines and meet group standard
- Financial control and operation risk management
- Contributes to the Managed Solutions Product development including both Unit Trust and Alternatives to achieve business objectives
- Supports to all Managed Solutions Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication and events

- University or above graduated
- With Trust L4 license and 金融市場常識與職業道德
- Has experience in Banking or Securities industry
- Banking wealth management experience is a plus
- Experience in establishing a business and coordinating resources
- Fluent English communication and MS Excel / Powerpoint skill
- Strong communication and problem solving skill
