We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Mortgage Product 

Responsibilities: Assist Head of Mortgage Products to drive the enhancement of mortgage products, launch initiatives and ensure the product compliance to grow Mortgage business and meet customer needs. 

• Plan, develop & promote product proposition, features, strategies, etc.
• Review and perform gap analysis against the regulatory / governance & compliance requirements 
• Monitor product performance and coordinate with stakeholders on business objectives
• Oversee mortgage insurance programme, maintain relationship and enhance collaborations with mortgage insurers
• Monitor market data and develop market share analysis to ensure product competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Analytics, IT teams to extract data and perform analysis to maximize profits and meet business objectives.
• Lead and support regulatory and industry projects and submissions for Mortgage, i.e. MCRA, PAPT, etc.
• Develop and champion existing products, ensuring that they are competitive, compliant, and meet the needs of targeted customers.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Mortgage (or other lending) products within retail banking
• Proficient in product management, market practice and good understanding on regulatory requirements 
• Strong customer centricity focuses to deliver market-leading products, services and experience to targeted customers  
• Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working and strong engagement with different levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong outcomes focus with adaptability, sound judgement and business insights in decision making, and accountability in delivery   

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
