Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of Mortgage Business & Head of Products to prepare business plans and proposals to grow Mortgage business.

• Plan, develop & promote value proposition, pricing, retention strategies, product mix, etc.

• Perform market transactions, business, and performance projection for better resources planning and target setting.

• Monitor market data and develop market share analysis to ensure product competitiveness.

• Coordinate with Retail Analytic, IT & finance teams to extract data and perform analysis to maximize profits and meet business objectives.

• Lead and support regulatory and industry projects and submissions for Mortgage, i.e. GDR, BASEL, etc.

• Develop and champion existing products, ensuring that they are competitive, compliant, and meet the needs of targeted customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Mortgage (or other lending) products within retail banking

• Proficient in data analysis and deep understanding on products profitability and product cycles

• Strong customer centricity focuses to deliver market-leading products, services and experience to targeted customers  

• Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working and strong engagement with different levels of internal and external stakeholders

• Strong outcomes focus with adaptability, sound judgement and business insights in decision making, and accountability in delivery  

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
