We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrator, Operations and Client Management - IBCN-COE-OPERATION.
Principal responsibilities
- Provide steady support to both biz units and other stakeholders by providing accurate, timely responses to queries and issues.
- Be able to prepare regulatory reporting in timely and accurately manner.
- Ensure all daily processes are delivered within SLAs / agreed timeframes while at all times being aware of controls and policies and ensuring adherence by the team and the business.
- Work closely with business lines and regional counterparties to standardize operating model to support growing business.
- Participate in various projects, new business objective and ongoing business improvement.
- Over 2 years’ hands-on experiences in Securities firm or international financial institutions to support various biz units.
- Good understanding of end-to-end trade life cycle and operational risk.
- Bachelor Degree holder in Investment, Business Administration or Economics.
- Good command of English (both verbal & written) and Mandarin.
- Be highly motivated, strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good problem solving skill and can work under pressure.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
