We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assets and Liabilities Manager - CVM-CARDS AND CONSUMER ASSETS.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of reporting for Regulators and Card schemes. Drive the coordination with cross-functional teams such as Finance and Risk and to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency along the process. Validate data sources and reporting methodologies to uphold integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Hold the ownership and accountabilities to produce business performance reports for Assets and Liabilities products.
  • Analyse key trends, opportunities and diagnose performance gaps across both financial and non-financial drivers.
  • Support budget and financial forecasting in the FRP process; monitor and analysis of cost drivers, and developing measures to improve cost efficiency.
  • Lead and/or support the delivery of ad hoc projects to improve quality of strategic planning, MI, accountability and governance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Retails Asset and Liabilities, business planning, analytics or investment management related business.
  • Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers.
  • Excellent technical knowledge (Excel, Access, VBA etc) and strong business acumen.
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
