Principal responsibilities
- Employee Experience - Focusing on the overall experience of employees ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
- Engagement – Implementing strategies to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and reduce turnover.
- Diversity and Inclusion - Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, fostering a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Learning and Development – Promoting learning programs and training initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Culture Building - Developing and implementing initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, aligning with the organisation's values.
- Experience of day-to-day reporting, strategic planning and communications.
- Engaging effectively with business stakeholders providing expert knowledge and ensuring traction in execution.
- Highly effective and tactful in communication with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
