Business Descriptor:
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join The Global Asset Management team.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Accepting financial and non-financial transaction and sending to RTA for processing
2. Handling request or queries from walk in investor’s or Distributors
3. Handling customer complaints and providing resolution by co ordination with RTA
4. Act as a back up for institutional servicing in the absence of designated service staff
These activities can be managed only with in-person presence in the location (Cochin ISC) and cannot be managed from offshore location
Requirements
- A good understanding of mutual fund/security markets
- Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
- The inclination to work in a client facing role, with a bent of mind for ‘service’
- Ideally a post graduate / minimum 2 plus years of experience in a client-facing role involving Service, Query Handling
- Knowledge of local language will be an advantage
The location for this role is Cochin

· As per the RBI mandated Capacity Building Certification Requirement for Bank, this role requires the candidate to have the required certification / equivalent qualification before the selection for the above role. Refer to RBI Mandated Capacity Building Policy on HR Direct.
