We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager, Business Analyst - IBCN-COE-IT.

Principal responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with IT team and vendor to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.
  • Create clear and comprehensive jira tickets to facilitate the development of IT solutions.
  • Completion assigned tests and tasks on time and adhere to the quality standard required.
  • Keep track on project status and arrange corresponding facilitator things such like regular meeting.
  • Manage vendors resources to effectively support the delivery of project.
Requirements

Professional Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of IT system built process.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Experience of IT Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager.
  • Experience of working with vendor preferred.

Personal Skills & Qualities

  • Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese, and able to communicate in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience, experience on securities application systems or algorithm trading systems is good to have.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
