  • Responsible for new business acquisition through open market to achieve sales target.
  • Identify sales opportunities.
  • Should have a strong network of DSA’s in the market from where, Mortgage business can be sourced.
  • Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network.
  • Sound knowledge about real estate market and title documents of the property.
  • Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mortgage product and policy.
  • Having good communication skill.
  • Having good negotiation skill.
  • Having awareness and information about the competition.
Requirements

Qualifications - External

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in mortgage sales will be preferred.

The GCB 6 or GCB 7 will be offered depending on the selected candidate's skill and relevant experience
