We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Client Selection Exit Management (RBWM). 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Deliver a global client exit policy and process which can be implemented in a sustainable and consistent global manner across all of HSBC
  • Support policy change and potential impacts on process for the end to end oversight of operational effectiveness of process and procedures
  • Act as Subject matter expert with key stakeholders
  • Supports action required to address Retail Banking Wealth Management risk appetite and financial crime risk matters
  • Supports stakeholder relationships through communication and ad hoc reporting as applicable with a clear understanding that operational effectiveness requires consistent Cross Line of Business and Cross Border execution
  • Facilitate local execution of Quality Control and Quality Assurance results along with associated remediation
  • Facilitate local execution of the process in an operationally effective manner using automated tools that generate consistent and quality Management Information, enabling efficient resources allocation against a blueprint, and support cross border and cross business line decision making and execution
  • Ensures a local resourcing model is maintained by all relevant parties in the process
Requirements
  • High level understanding of all types of financial crime and reputational risk
  • Familiarity with Retail banking and financial services products
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders to manage the processes
  • Experience of case work with strong judgmental
  • Strong communication skills, team player
  • A keen eye for detail, together with strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and self-initiative
  • Ability to multi task
