We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Business Analysis.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery performance of the data transformation portfolio across multiple capabilities
• Consolidate programme-level reporting into a single, executive-ready view using Jira and other reporting tools
• Track delivery progress against strategic milestones, financial plans, and resource allocations
• Identify cross-programme risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, and escalate as needed
• Establish and embed value tracking mechanisms across data portfolio shifting from output to outcome
• Drive consistency in delivery governance, reporting standards, and portfolio management practices
• Support executive updates, board-level reporting, and strategic planning cycles
• Champion continuous improvement in portfolio delivery and reporting processes
• 10+ years of experience in programme or portfolio delivery roles, ideally within data, technology, or transformation environments
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream portfolios with high visibility
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with financial tracking, investment governance, and benefits realization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream portfolios with high visibility
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
