We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

In this role, you will be:

  • Carry out IT Service Owner (ITSO) delegate responsibilities.
  • Maintain the ITSO Book of Work for a portfolio of systems, ensuring Cyclic Patching, Performance and Stress testing for services, Data Backup Recovery Plans and Tests, DR Tests and Role swaps Plans and Tests, Vulnerability Planning and Resolution Management is completed on time.
  • Build relationships with Third party vendors, Senior HR stakeholders and wider Technology Teams.
  • Contribute to the simplification of small parts of a tech architecture driving simplicity and reducing TOIL.
  • Develop a track record of managing technical debt and taking the initiative to fix issues before being assigned them.
  • Adhere to governance processes and ensure compliance with all HSBC IT FIM requirements.
  • Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
  • Perform requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results.
  • Build relationships beyond teams and seek out new ways of improvement.
  • Gain functional knowledge of Talent Acquisition SaaS systems supported by the team and become a subject matter expert.
  • Live agile values and principles, providing evidence of incremental improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Technical background in IT Operations or Software Development
  • Prior experience of implementing SaaS solutions including completion of IT due diligence activities, such as External Hosting Committee, IT Service Acceptance and Third Party Security Reviews.
  • Experience of handling IT Service Owner activities either as an owner or delegate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to clearly convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum including certification. 
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems such as SAP SF Recruitment, Eightfold, Taleo, Avature, Hirevue.Cappfinity, Meeting & Engage, Zero Gravity, Rare.
  • Familiar with integration technologies e.g. Mulesoft, Springboot, cloud to cloud APIs
  • Experienced in Jira & Confluence
