We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Test Analyst.

  • Participate in Stories and Business Requirements gathering for INSH core system and new products development UAT
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases / steps for testing
  • Perform testing and ensure business requirements are incorporated into system design
  • Upload test cases / test steps into Jira
  • Review the feasibility of possible improvements in testing scope / steps
  • Collaborate with IT developers / business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and all business scenarios are incorporated into testing scope
  • Provide proper analysis / details on defects in Jira and clarify if needed
  • Document all test results and defects in shared drive / Jira
  • Communicate effectively with IT / Business stakeholders for defects fixing and user requirement clarification
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to support UAT testing / end to end testing / regression testing
  • Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
    • Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills 
    • Good knowledge in insurance / finance and testing experience is plus
    • A good communicator
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and complete testing on time
    • Able to work in an agile environment
    • A proactive and positive mind-set
