We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
You carry out changes to our services and proactively act to investigate and fix issues.
You solve problems occurring with our highly available production systems and prevent them from happening again
You support our DevOps Pods by assisting with the use of our services and helping to troubleshoot issues.
You participate in an on-call rotation and serve as an escalation contact for incidents.
You implement best practices for security, governance, and management of cloud environments.
You work to improve our platform's availability and stability to ensure that the company's services can run smoothly and without disruptions.
You are responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure is up to date with the latest security patches.
You assist new joiners and make sure existing documentation is up to date and accurate.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Azure administration for IaaS (Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Networks) and PaaS (App service, Azure SQL database, Cosmos DB) offerings
Azure Security services (Azure Security Center, Azure Key Vault, ATP, NSGs and others), Certificate & Security Management
Azure Networking & load balancing services (DNS, VNets, load balancer, Traffic Manager, Application gateway, front door, Azure firewall)
Knowledge in Azure Monitor (Platform and VM monitoring, alerting & visualization), Azure Network Watcher, Logic Apps
Experience (hands-on) with Windows and Linux administration
Knowledge in at least one scripting or programming language (PowerShell, C#)
Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, GIT, YAML, IaC etc.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
Experience with Infrastructure as a Code technologies (optional)
Experience configuring web servers (e.g. IIS, Nginx, Apache) (optional)
Experience with PowerShell automation. (optional)
Experience with Solr or Lucene (optional)
Experience with Sitecore, SharePoint or similar enterprise-level CMS (optional)
Experience with Akamai or other CDN (optional)
Experience working in a highly regulated industry (optional)
Azure certifications – AZ-104 or AZ-305 or AZ-400 (optional)
