Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Wealth and Personal Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch
- Conduct the operational rhythm of the branch properly and with discipline
- Lead the sales team to achieve the branch target
- Ensure service operations activities follow governance policies to mitigate risks
- Customer-centric
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Has a minimum 12 years of experience working in Premier Banking Segment as a leader
- Has a minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Remain active in investment and/or insurance accreditation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Financial Markets, and Investment Products.
- This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Manado, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda
