We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

  • Managing activities related to resource management with number of stakeholders across WPB Messaging VS, as well as external ones;
  • Owning process of roles allocation and creation, status reporting and taking actions against relevant metrics;
  • Ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand;
  • Tracking changes in workforce supply and documenting progress vs various targets;
  • Ensuring Supply meets demand and is properly funded across customer funding sources;
  • Investigating workforce related queries;
  • Supporting Messaging teams in any escalations;
  • Working closely with central WFM Team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Proven track record in Operational, Workforce, Planning or Financial management role;
  • Strong stakeholder management / Relationship Management;
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management process and governance;
  • Ability to actively engage the tasks and distil complex data into view relevant for different level of stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with the Bank’s IT financial concepts (CTB/RTB, direct cost vs charges);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent analytical skill, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture;
  • Experience of working on a global scale (i.e. across timezone & geography and with remote teams);
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines;
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude;
  • Familiarity with key tools including Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Jira and Confluence;
  • Strong Excel skills.
