We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Commercialization Manager. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Leading the strategy and execution of commercialization efforts for regulatory initiatives such GBA (Great Bay Area) Wealth Management Connect Scheme and New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme
  • Identifying market opportunities and developing commercial strategies via competitor analysis and survey
  • Strong blend of business acumen, project management skills and knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Work closely with Retail Distribution Team, Marketing, Transformation Team and Wealth IT teams to ensure alignment of commercialization efforts wit project development timelines and business objectives
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of commercialization initiatives
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics
  • Analyse the profitability of various commercialization initiatives such as GBA Wealth Management Connect Scheme and New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme and recommend adjustments as necessary
  • Lead project management efforts for clients engagements by developing project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Lead project management efforts for staff engagements by developing project plans, timelines and budgets such as Wealth Elite Forum
  • Launch customer acquisition campaigns for driving GBA Wealth Management Connect Scheme and New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme and conduct competitor analysis about customer offers and product offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies
