We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CLM (KYC) Analyst – Existing to Bank – French is a must, GSC.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer from end-to-end perspective, Account Opening and Customer Onboarding including defining formal requirements, verification of onboarding documentation, single point of contact for the Customer and Business Partners
  • Ensuring KYC due diligence reviews are undertaken to the required quality and detail on a timely basis.
  • Account opening activities, FATCA, CRS and CDD and KYC activities.
  • Providing professional and high-quality KYC analysis of existing HSBC customers, escalating risk concerns and actively contributing to the success of the team
  • Ensure audit & compliance as per Global Standards
  • Manage communication with the Customer or between support functions, Compliance, Business Partners and technical Teams.
  • Ensure high quality operational results –TAT, TWB, SLA, RPH, QC
  • Share innovative ideas to increase quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the process.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills French & English are must.
  • Strong Analytical and critical thinking, abilities to assess customer data and identify potential risk.
  • Previous experience in KYC fields or Quality assurance is preferred.
  • Capabilities to conduct in-depth research using various tools and databases to validate customer information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other department, including compliance, Quality control and risk management.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
  • Flexibility to work on Rotational shifts.
