We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CONSULTANT SPECIALIST.
Business: CTO Infrastructure
Principal responsibilities
- Technical leader of Full stack development with business analysis mindset and capability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and global teams to deliver new features and products with reliability and timeliness.
- Lead Agile and DevOps-driven development cycles, including planning, coding, testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
- Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence and best practices.
Drive architectural decisions, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in backend development in one or more programming languages, e.g., Python (preferred), Java.
- Solid expertise in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of architectural patterns for scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience in cloud-native environments.
- Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) with a focus on query performance, indexing and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of observability (metrics, logs, and traces) and corresponding tools/frameworks, e.g., Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, Terraform) for operational efficiency and reliability.
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
