We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CONSULTANT SPECIALIST.

 

Business: CTO Infrastructure

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Design and deploy real-time data platforms (Kafka/Flink/ClickHouse/Redis) on Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and low latency.
  • Automate foundational component deployment using Helm/Kustomize and CI/CD tools.
  • Build data warehouse models and graph database topologies for AIOps use cases (e.g., fault prediction, root-cause analysis).
  • Define data quality rules, track lineage, and standardize data asset directories.
  • Use metadata tools (e.g., Apache Atlas) for lifecycle management and asset valuation.
  • Optimize Kafka/Flink performance (e.g., checkpointing, partitioning) to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Monitor K8s clusters (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK), configure logging, and implement automated operations.
  • Deliver end-to-end data solutions to integrate analytics with network operations (e.g., intelligent alerts, topology visualization).

Requirements

 

  • Expert in Kafka/Flink for real-time pipelines; experienced in K8s deployment (Helm/StatefulSet).
  • Proficient in graph databases (Neo4j), ClickHouse/Redis tuning, and data governance (standards, metadata, lineage).
  • Deep understanding of 3NF/Star schemas; hands-on with OLAP tools (e.g., ClickHouse/Kylin).
  • Skilled in monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) for K8s and Flink/Kafka optimization.
  • 5+ years in data architecture/development, with financial/Internet network operations experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
