Human Resources (HR)
Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Content support
4 Assist in copywriting, video storyboard developing, and graphic design.
4 Participate in brainstorming and provide creative idea for different topics
Platform support
4 Responsible for direct messages management on the WeChat Account, analyzing types of messages and proposing optimization plans for auto-reply message setting.
4 Collect and summarize the data of WeChat/XHS in terms of views/likes/forwards, etc., and understand the trend of young talents
Design support
4 General WeChat article layout design (i.e. Hot job, Awards promotion).
4 Edit vlog to meet the on-brand requirements and manage the file record.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
4 Graduated in 2026/2027, guaranteed to work 3 days or more per week, can work stably for 4-6 months.
4 Proficient in using PS, AI and other design tools, varied design styles, excellent aesthetics and creative.
