The purpose of the role is to support of Korean clients’ escalations on transactional queries and support non-transactional requests for our Securities Services product. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. We are looking for a Client Service Manager who supports Korean clients contracted with HSBC HK Securities Services.

Job Description

ü  Maintain good service quality with responsible clients

ü  Oversight of clients’ transaction inquiries

ü  Responsible and accountable for clients’ non-transactional requests

ü  Dedicated point of contact for clients’ operational issues and escalation management

ü  Manage client complaints and feedback and coordinate with internal stakeholders for improvement

ü Support Account Manager for Due Diligence and Service Review Meetings

Qualifications

ü  Extensive experience in client facing role in the similar industry

ü  Able to demonstrate ability to build relationships with clients and internal

ü  Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Securities Services or other banking sector

ü  Proficiency in English and Korean

ü  Sound communication, interpersonal and organization skill

ü  High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
