Role Purpose
  • To provide high quality/professional service to clients and build up good/solid customer relationship between customers and the Bank.
  • To act as the point of contact for selected top-tier revenue clients, take ownership of their queries and to assist clients in resolving all operational issues.
  • To understand client’s needs and provide feedback on product/system requirements, and spot cross-sell opportunities, and act on them, as necessary.
  • To take ownership of issues, including its timely escalation, until customer accepts its resolution.

Report to: Head of Client Service & Account Management

Job content:
  • To be the single point of contact for top tier clients; taking ownership of clients’ inquiries and assist clients in resovling all service-related issue
  • To understand clients' and provide feedback with internal stakeholders on clients’ product needs
  • To maintain good relationship with clients and earn the value-added reputation from clients
  • To seek ways to enhance processes that will improve efficiency
  • To prepare Service Statistics Report by maintain up-to-date customer information database and monitor business volume and revenue of portfolios under management
  • To work closely and effectively with RMs to understand their objectives for individual clients, thus ensuring service is complimentary to those objectives/plans
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor/Master degree, major in business and related areas.
  2. Years of experiences in corporate banking area will be an advantage
  3. Familiar with MS office skills
  4. GPAD covered
