We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will have :

1) Service Operation
a) Service Level Management
b) Performance monitoring, incident and Problem management
c) Change Management
d) EIM/PLADA system up to date
e) Data Governance
f) Service continuity (BCP)/SCOTT
g) Capacity planning
h) Backup and Recovery
i) Financial planning & Control of RTB cost
h) Active participation in Audit review & tracking
j) Vendor management
2) Service transition
a) Participate & Contribute to Functional Requirements walk through/ Test Scenarios discussions for projects.
b) Projects handover (ITSA)
3) Continual Service improvement
a) Evergreening (SSP)
b) Small fixes & enhancements in application
c) Manage and Support L2/L3 Team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
More than 8+ years of IT experience of which atleast 2 years as Technical lead
Must have
- Worked as Technical lead with minm team size 8-10
- Software development & maintenance using SDLC & AGILE methodology
- Experienced in doing analysis of requirement & preparation of Technical design for project
- Strong in communication, coordination, negotiation with multiple stakeholder and good in interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management ability, motivating Team members
- Able to work under tight deadline and do multi tasking
- Capacity to think beyond boundaries, Open to new-ideas
Prefer to have
- Worked on Restful API development using IWS on ISeries platform
- Worked on GCP / HADOOP
- Worked on test automation tools (RPGunit, Xframework, TOSCA etc)
