We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. 

Business: Enterprise Technology 

Principal responsibilities

  • Core duty is to oversee operations, ensuring that IT services algin with pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs) and various IT controls.
  • To lead incident and problem management best practices, resolving IT issues and minimizing disruptions to maintain service continuity.
  • Act with key aspect of involving initiative-taking and continuous service improvement, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality, reliability, and stability.
  • Act with customer-centric approach with coupling of continuous improvement in enhancing service quality and aligning IT services with evolving business needs.
  • To coordinate with business stakeholder and proceed communication with appropriate information and negotiate to deliver fair and sustainable outcomes.
  • To control and govern service improvement initiatives for automating any manual repetitive tasks and/or identify any issues to reduce technical debit and overheads.
  • To establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as centralized technology teams, departmental-wise service resilience and reliability team, upstream/downstream application teams.
Requirements

  • With hand-on and practice experience to support Import Business Service (IBS).
  • Ability to work with a degree of autonomy while also being able to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Must have initiative-taking, problem-solving skills, can-do attitude.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience on service management and support.
  • Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision, great communication skill is a plus.
  • With strong leadership skill for guiding teams and overseeing service operations effectively.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Able to work under pressure.
