We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. 

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Working within the WPB Messaging Team to develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient code using Sveltekit.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend interfaces with APIs and backend services.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and seamless data interaction.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and provide input on UI/UX designs.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to API interactions and performance bottlenecks.
  • Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and documentation to ensure system reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and interactive development to maintain high standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in frontend technologies and API integration practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development using modern JS frameworks.
  • Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript(ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API.
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and API error handling.
  • Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Exposure to authentication and security best practices.(e.g. OAuth, JWT, CSRF).
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Have strong verbal and written English communication skills, experience of presenting technical choices.
  • Excellent teamwork, independent thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
