We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist .
Business: CTO Infrastructure
Principal responsibilities
- Accountable to ensure the end to end service is safe, secure, resilient & available to our customers.
- Accountable to ensure the IT Application and underlying infrastructure is in line with Future State Architecture.
- Ensure IT services comply with Controls through collaboration with various teams both internal and external to DigiBA.
- Oversee internal change reviews and support external change reviews, ensuring readiness and adherence to best practice.
- Lead incident recovery, ensure timely resolution of problem records, and support root cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Analyse service performance, drive improvement initiatives, and align reporting with organisational priorities.
- Empathising with the customer by actively listening to customer feedback, analysing usage data, identifying unmet customer needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop regular engagement with our customers on service delivery feedback and continuous improvement.
- Act as Agile lead for team and help prioritize request backlogs and improve efficiency of team.
- Data Analytical skills to drive decision making in accordance to value outcome to our customers.
- Over 5 years of experience as an IT Service Manager.
- Knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, and / or Software Development Lifecycle - ideally in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Ability to positively influence, engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including high value customers, suppliers / vendors, and other internal Product teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and being outside of comfort zone.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer engagement and stakeholder management skills working in different time zones.
- Key Metrics reporting & Project Management Skills.
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Good Technical Documentation skills.
- Jira Service Desk and Confluence experience.
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Degree in IT.
- ITIL.
- Workload Automation experience (Control-M, IWS, CA7).
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
- Data Analyst Skills.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
