We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their data requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, clarify, and document business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the technical team.
- Support users in adopting the platform and provide training as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve the platform and user experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
