We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Corporate Credit Support Manager.
Principal responsibilities:
- To work with RMs on complex credit proposal (New money / Annual Review) - normally Large Corporate ( Turnover > USD500m) with complex group or financing structure and its subsequent reviews through critical analysis of key business drivers (including projections, modellings for complex or capital financing deals), industry exposure & dynamics, macro economic conditions, key risks and mitigations and ensure compliance to guidelines. All credit proposals must have solid preparation including kick-off discussion with RM with appropriate questions, set mutually agreed plans, priorities, address key issues, complying internal guideline and procedure, and target date of completion.
- Monitoring the coveraged portfolio (provide the timely financial updates per approval conditions or deteriorated account; including portfolio testing in case of any negative impacts) and timely share with RM on early warning signals.
- To ensure key client credit information and data including client updates, accurate and up-to-date at all times and easily accessible / understood particularly.
- Portfolio credit monitoring, key industries analysis and stress testing.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in commerical banking or financial analysis
- Strong Financial knowledge background
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Good team player and multi-tasks
- PC skills (esp. excellence in Excel)
- Fluent in English
- Experiences in Corporate Modelling, Cashflow projection, being Auditors or Analysts of securities firms will be a plus
