We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer (12 months contract).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Contact SingPost customers and provide regular touch points on their birthday and half yearly reviews updates
  • Update leads in a meticulous manner and provide updates to the Manager on outcome where tracking is required
  • Ensure scripts used are compliant
  • Manage the retention of SingPost heath customers by reaching out to segments where their policies are lapsed
  • Consistent in achieving monthly and annual targets set by the Manager, aligning with SingPost Channel mobile team Annual Premium Equivalent Plan
  • Provide continuous feedback and suggestions on improvement/enhancement where relevant
  • Take guidance from Team Lead/Manager on matters relating to telephony skills, achieving targets etc
  • Any adhoc projects where required
Requirements
  • Relevant Telemarketing experience (inbound/outbound)
  • Good Customer Service experience
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • MS Office in particular MS Excel
