We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.

Principal responsibilities 

  • Qualified accountant, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience of working with N-3 or above critical.
  • Experience in Finance, operational management and cost management is required.
  • Prior experience in Business Management, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office or Finance roles preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Bank’s financial management and workflow tooling and processes is required.
  • Experience working in a fast pace and agile financial environment.
  • Experience in solving analytical problems with data driven insights.
  • Ability to deliver high quality financial reports, presentations and communications to Senior Management under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and facilitate strong collaboration across business areas.
  • Ability to navigate within a cross function and international organization.
  • Negotiation skills in a complex global environment.
  • Proactive approach in problem solving management.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and a team player who can work collaboratively with peers.
Requirements
  • Minimum years of experience - 15 Years into financial planning and analysis
  • Acting as a trusted advisor’ to DAO Senior Management as it relates to our overall performance of the business.
  • Displaying stakeholder management and influencing skills across the organisation hierarchy with strong interpersonal, written and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing a wide range of projects, across multiple work stream teams and stakeholders of different levels, cultures, and operating models.
  • Challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mind-set, in line with the Group’s values and strategy.
  • Acting as a role model for HSBC’s values; leading and making decisions with integrity and embedding the values in-day-to-day behaviours.
  • Driving a data-led and collaborative culture through own leadership behaviour.
  • Adopting a commercial and detailed oriented focus in all aspects of the role.
  • Prioritising responsibilities and managing stakeholder expectations, particularly against competing demands.
  • Maintaining constructive working relationships with stakeholders within and beyond the immediate team
