· Acquire, retain, and grow Korean corporate client relationships
· Identify and meet customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services; Collaborate with product partners to identify and match customer needs with relevant expertise
· Build existing and win new long-term relationships with customers with an eye toward revenue expansion, pipeline momentum, relationship profitability, prospecting, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and RFP proposal/presentation delivery
· Own customer engagement, ensuring service excellence for all aspects of any customer; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including c-suite executives and senior management
· Lead, inspire and motivate junior colleagues to ensure a flawless relationship management service is delivered, Support development of a positive, collaborative culture.
· 10+ Years of relevant experience; Solid relationship with Korean corporate clients with strong understanding of various industries, banking regulation as well as corporate credit risk management
· Long-term, authentic relationship building skills and interest in building a high quality client portfolio
· Strong finance, analysis and commercial lending experience, including the ability to understand and negotiate credit terms
· Strong all-round knowledge of banking products, including Treasury, Payment, Trade Finance Solutions and Markets products
· Proven leadership skills; Entrepreneurial, Self-motivated, and success driven
· Proficiency both in Korean and English
