Director US Head, TMT/West Coast Structured Trade Solutions, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., San Francisco, CA:
Driving the commercialization of structured trade solutions across various options in the Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) sector. This includes originating, structuring, and implementing Receivables Finance (RF) deals, utilizing methods like receivables finance with options such as with-recourse and limited-recourse receivables discounting, portfolio-based underwriting, installment plan discounting, milestone receivables financing, unbilled receivables financing, and contract monetization. Responsible for the commercialization of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) options such as Payment Agency Model and Reverse Factoring. Originating GTRF sustainable deals within the TMT sector and across the West Coast. Driving the commercialization of the Inventory Finance Proposition, offering inventory finance solutions within the Global Trade And Receivables Finance (GTRF) product suite, allowing clients to sell and repurchase inventory. Engaging with stakeholders, presenting structures to client C-suite, global relationship bankers, and participating in risk, credit, and capital committees during credit applications and committee presentations.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $272,334 to $282,334 per year.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field and 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate, related work experience.
Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics and 8 years of related work experience.
Must have 7 years of experience in:
· Working with the distribution desk in order to distribute structured trade assets in the secondary market;
Must have 5 years of experience in:
· Building out client specific propositions in collaboration with credit, risk management, product management;
· Originating, structure, and implementing with-recourse and limited-receivables finance, supply chain finance, and inventory finance facilities;
· Driving revenue growth through working capital management products and services to maximize commercial profitability; and,
Must have 3 years of experience training others on open account structured trade finance solutions.
Must have one of the following certifications:
· Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP);
· Certificate in Digital Trade Strategy (CDTS);
· Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Domestic travel required up to 80%. International travel required up to 20%.
