As a Hong Kong based asset management company specializing in managing funds related to mainland China and Hong Kong markets, Hang Seng Investment is committed to providing investors with comprehensive investment management services through investment managers with extensive experience in managing funds (including a series of ETFs and retail funds) and investment portfolios for institutional and private clients. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as ETF Business and Partnership Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement business plan and drive the ETF business for supporting a sustainable growth of ETF business including AUM, revenue and market share
  • Establish partnership with various stakeholders in the ETF industry, including index providers, regulatory bodies, fund consultants and industry associations to facilitate a sustainable business growth
  • Oversee and be responsible for the ETF business performance and serve as a subject matter expert to strengthen the ETF franchise and leadership
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and partner with cross-functional unit including product team, investment team and distribution to identify new business and growth opportunities for timely fulfilling market demand
Requirements
  • University degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the asset management with hand-on experience in ETF
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver the expected outcome in expected schedule
  • Excellent analytical, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective delivery of outputs
  • Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
