We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  •       Responsible and accountable for product vision and implementation.
  • Work with product management and system architects to appropriately capture feature requests.
  • Work with stakeholders to created and constantly re-prioritizes the Product & Epic Backlog.
  • Clarifies questions on requirements.
  •  Accepts or rejects each product increment.
  • Decides whether to continue development.
  • Understand industry best practice and engage with strategic partners to align capabilities and influence product roadmap.
  • Design & Build high quality APIs that are scalable and global at the core
  • Build custom policies, frameworks/components, error handling, transaction tracing 
  • Design security models and policies for consumers and producers of API and catalog assets
  • Mentor the Scrum team for technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support
  • Responsible to support production releases/support on need basis.
  • Peer Review, CI/CD pipeline implementation and Service monitoring.
  • ITSO for the application/s.
  • Should have flexible in working hours, ready to work in shift and On call

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  •        Person should have more than 12+ years of experience in s/w design, development and implementation using Spring technologies with hands on experience on complete spring stack and API implementation on Cloud (GCP/AWS) 
  • Should have hands on experience on K8 (Kubernetes) / DOCKERS.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Experience in developing large-scale integration and API solutions
  • Experience in working with API Management, ARM, Exchange and Access Management modules
  • Experience in understanding and analyzing complex business requirements and carry out the system design accordingly.
  • Good knowledge on building REST based APIs.
  • Good knowledge on micro-services architecture with hands-on experience in implementing the same using Spring-boot.
  • Good knowledge on security, scaling, performance tuning aspects of micro services
  • Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL Databases.
  • Good understanding of Messaging platform like Kafka, PubSub etc.
  • Optional understanding of Cloud platforms.
  • Fair understanding of DevOps concepts  
  • Experience in creating custom policies and custom connectors 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Software Development (programming languages, architecture, SDLC, etc.)
  • Scrum and Agile development methodologies
  • User stories (creation and management)
  • Product Development
  • Proficiency with using applications and tools like Jira, Confluence
  • Previous experience in working in large software implementations with many teams delivering code across multiple areas
  • Demonstrable experience in rolling out large change across multiple business areas and dealing with business colleagues
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional Agile teams
  • Experience of working in an end-to-end software development lifecycle
  • Interpersonal skills and lots of patience
  • Good to have - User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
