As an Executive Relationship Manager, your main responsibility is to help our high-net-worth customers with holistic solutions across both lending and investment needs. The role will require regular customer portfolio reviews, business development and for wholesale/sophisticated customers updates on investment trends, providing research information and HSBC house views. Investment and HNW lending experience are required to be successful in this role. In a high paced and challenging environment, you will need to be extremely organised, work to strict deadlines and manage the expectations of customers/stakeholders. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
•Delivering a consistent and tailored relationship management service to our most valuable Premier, HNW & UHNW customers
•Build in depth relationships with our clients to help build trust and strategic growth for your portfolio 
•Execute on a business development strategy to grow the customer portfolio 
•Manage a sub portfolio of Wealth customers that have been wholesale / sophisticated investor accredited for their wealth needs and proactively offer investment solutions 
•Maximising growth in the portfolio and achieving the set KPIs 
•Working closely with other segments of HSBC (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, markets) to deliver a seamless customer experience and referrals where appropriate 
•Compliance with the relevant Group standards and regulatory requirements 

Requirements
Requirements:
 
•Experience in Lending and Relationship Management in the HNW segment (e.g. Private banking) 
•RG 146 training in Securities, Bonds and Managed Investments
•Relevant industry knowledge of the latest economic developments, interest rates and developments in the share markets
•Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnerships and win new business 
•Experience in Wealth management solutions and regulation relating to wholesale and sophisticated investor segment. 
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
