Report to: Chief Financial Officer

Job content:
- Ensure the quality of the Bank’s financial reporting and other financial disclosures
-Maintain strong relationship with local regulators, external auditors and internal stakeholders contributing to the Bank’s financial reporting/disclosures.
-Provide financial control support and advice to help departments to run their businesses effectively.
-Accounting reconciliation and control: prevention of losses arising from ineffective accounts reconciliation processes or internal control environment.
-Increase use of automation within department.
-Identification and subsequent elimination of redundant or inefficient processes.
-Improve employee engagement, e.g., through enhanced communication.
-Coaching and development of staff.

Qualifications
-Bachelor or above degree, preferred Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
-Extensive years of working experience in Accounting/ Financial Services.
-Strong communication, interpersonal, credibility and influencing skills.
-Fluent written and spoken English.
-GPAD covered worker.
-Qualification of 會計主管 (Chief Accounting Officer) per local regulatory requirements.
