We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Financial Services Specialist - MPF

Principal responsibilities

  • Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within the specific scope defined by the PLA.
  • Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge and apply it independently to daily work.
  • Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements.
  • Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and may make follow-up recommendations beyond their authority.
  • Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork.
Requirements
  • College degree or above.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Have good English reading and writing skills.
  • Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy.
  • Flexibility in shift work.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
