We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience.
- Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Overall 8 + years of experience, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience working as a UX Designer with proven track record.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
