We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Design, Develop and test software
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
  • Create detailed design documentation
  • Create detailed design document and present in appropriate architecture forums for approval
  • Write well designed, testable code
  • Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
  • Develop documentation to help u
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components
  • Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies
  • Design and build out a green field platform in a complex distributed computing environment.  Primary responsibility is on analysis, design and coding, focusing on and supporting complex data modelling, building highly performant and resilient distributed micro services architecture.
  • Work with business and IT groups to analyse, design and implementation.
  • Full-stack engineering from core library framework to UI visualization.
  • Implement automated test packs and deployment solutions.
  • Ensure high software quality with minimal technical debts.
  • Ensure compliance with all architecture directions and standards through cross organization consulting and direct involvement in development efforts
  • Develop, validate and communicate solutions.
  • Analyse data model and functional requirement normalization and simplification opportunities and challeng
  • Ensure solution designs address performance requirements and reusability, availability/ recovery, integrity and security challenges, as well as business functional requirements
  • Delivery focused, strong sense in driving system solution with high performance orientation as well as service scalability are critical for this role
  • Ability to elicit business requirements, perform analysis and establish/recommend a solution architecture.  
  • Superior skills in technical consultation, breadth of knowledge of different technology stacks and communications skills
  • Must have strong experience in building highly performant and scalable system with coding that minimizes network latency and maximizes throughputs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  •  Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, GEN AI.
  • Micro-services architecture, design patterns and developmen
  • J2SE/Java 8 (higher is better
  • Microsoft Power platform (Canvas apps, power automate. etc)
  • Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data etc.) and other Dependency Injection f/w
  • Event driven architecture/Service Bus/Messaging – Kafka/Google Pub-Sub
  • Containerisation and Orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Unit and Integration testing frameworks – JUnit, JBehave, Cucumber etc.
  • Automated build and deployment pipelines for micro-services (Git,  Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, others)
  • Should be able to design and author industry standard API definitions and knowledge API authoring tools like swagger.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud architecture and patterns (GCP, Azure etc). Should be able to analyse and differentiate between different models of cloud offerings – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
  • Understanding of NoSQL/Non-relational databases, such as MongoDB
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English; other language abilities are advantageous
