What you’ll do
Supports Private Banking & Wealth Solutions business in delivering change across regions as part of the Global Value Stream PMO team
Ownership of Annual Change Scope Planning including budgeting, resource and Objective elements
Works hand in hand with the Value Streams leadership, lead PMO activities in Annual Value Stream Investment Planning and Change Control process.
Leading and motivating PMO teams across the business
Day to day support of delivery teams including training and upskilling
Demonstrates working knowledge of HSBC Change Framework to ensure compliance is being adhered to by PB & WS Value Stream
Involvement in Value Stream Executive Reporting
Engagement in definition and constant improvement of Reporting architecture (MI production, Budget Management, Cost Allocation Method, Jira reporting) including adherence to Group reporting

What you need to have to succeed in this role
6 years of experience in PMO or Project Management role on complex projects across countries or regions
Experience in leading the teams
Ability to work independently and proactively
Experience in working with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strategic and pragmatic decision making approach
In-depth knolwedge of Project Management related tools (Clarity, Jira, Confluence)
