Principal Responsibilities:
- To deliver a high standard of service to customers and to meet their needs with courtesy.
- To count cash received and to check for forgeries.
- To count cash/coins paid in/out.
- To cross-sell bank products whenever opportunities arise.
Qualifications
- Preferably with general understanding of Banking products / services
- Possesses basic computer knowledge
- Customer-service focused mindset
- Prior banking industry experience would be preferable
- Good communication skill in English & Chinese is preferred
- Able to communicate verbally in a clear, concise and convincing manner
