Global Payments Solutions Payments and collections product owner objective is to effectively manage all items related to Collections Products. This position is required as funtdamental part of the Payments and collections team to lead and make relevant desision on al product fronts from revnenue generation, Book of work, budgetary admin, Regulatory follow up, Relevant related risks, operations and resillience, process design, product functionality design, customer solutions, Key management indicators and analysis amongst other activities.
 

•    Product Strategy & Roadmap: Holder of the position must be able to define and execute the product roadmap, aligned with the bank’s digital payments strategy and in coordination with internal stakeholders and regulators .
•    Client-Centric Development: Identify user needs (corporates, and consumers), translating them into product features in order to enhance customer experience and encourage product adoption.
•    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product meets all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Regulatory framework is currently fostering product adoption in the market.
•    Stakeholder Management: It is of the utmost importance for the job holder to be able to interact with efficacy with cross-function stakeholders as well support areas such as legal, Risk and Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure product outcomes.
•    Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement: Design and support go-to-market plans including pricing models, onboarding flows, educational content.
•    Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Generate and Monitor product KPIs. Analytic skills are necessary to find areas of opportunity in product development and commercialization. 
•    Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement: Explore partnerships integrations, and other players to increase use cases.
•    Job holder must perform project management activities to be able to implement in scope discretionary and regulatory and risk requirements.
•    Part of the activities is to properly assess risks through mitigating actions using the applicable governance mechanisms.
•    Oversight of proper product functioning in liaison with Operations Stakeholders.
•    Applicant must be in close relation with regional and global HSBC group product teams.

Requirements

Payments and technology knowledge is required.
Knowledge in Project management is desirable.
Strong communication skills.
Proficent in English.
Able to work under pressure and organize through a multi task mindset and skills.
