Human Resources (HR)

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  Deliver cost effective and efficient talent acquisition solution to support business people strategy

  Execute talent acquisition plan to fulfil business/function's strategic goal

  Manage end to end recruitment process and facilitate the complete of recruitment demand

  Maintain a strong candidate pool to support future business hiring needs

  Develop close working relationship with Business and stakeholders to build an in-depth understanding of talent acquisition issues and requirements

  Provide professional recruitment advice to business and increase customer satisfaction through quality hires and improve candidate experience

  Seek opportunities to streamline, re-engineer, standardize and simplify Human Resources processes to achieve synergy and cost effectiveness

  Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting

  Monitor talent acquisition processes to ensure all processes/procedures compliance with legislation and internal policies.

  Act with courageous integrity and behave according to HSBC's values during the day to day operations within the team

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  Good talent acquisition and HR experience in working with hiring manager and business, executive search background is preferred

  Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

  Ability to coordinate and monitor a variety of assignments, adaptable and flexible

  Bachelor or above degree, 8 years related field or equivalent experience is preferred

  Good team work and cooperation

  Good proficiency in English and Chinese
