We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Local Payment and Infrastructure. 
Principal responsibilities
  • Manage and execute implementation of domestic payments initiatives, ensure quality deliverables which meet internal and external customers’ requirements
  • Plan, formulate and deliver business strategic KPIs or initiatives aimed at achieving seamless customer experience, streamlining the end-to-end operation process, sustaining business growth and competitive edge of retail domestic payment products and services
  • Enhance the local payment ecosystem via customer-led digital payment journey / platform design and capture the opportunities arising from regulatory changes
  • Enrich customer engagement via commercialization of payment capabilities and throughout customer lifecycle
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to manage initiatives to address the changing customer and business needs
  • Anticipate and meet all regulatory, risk and compliance obligations in a changing regulatory environment
  • Manage impact of changes / transformation whilst driving the necessary cultural changes
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in retail payments product management, organizational leadership, and commercial management of transactional banking products or similar product and service management within retail banking / financial services / payment industry.
  • Knowledge on payment platform development will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate change leadership and strategic focus with strong growth mindset and passion to champion change and promote innovation.  
  • Strong customer centricity focuses to deliver market-leading products, services and experience to targeted customers  
  • Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working and strong engagement with different levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong track record in orchestrating and leading strategy development, business planning and implementations across multiple business and functional stakeholders to successful completion
  • Seasoned people leadership to engage, motivate and develop a diverse team; drive strong performance culture with clear aligned direction; build talent pipeline and business bench strength
  • Strong outcomes focus with adaptability, sound judgement and business insights in decision making, and accountability in delivery   
  • University degree in Investment, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Digital Banking or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
