According to the Group Guideline, it is a mandatory requirement that all entities should establish a focal point for cross-border referrals. The role of IBC Manager in Taiwan is designed to facilitate all outbound referrals from the country and to progress all inbound referrals, and to plan, promote, enhance Taiwan IWPB IBC proposition/initiatives to meet the targeted customers’ financial demands, and to ensure their recognition of HSBC brand value by harnessing our global capabilities and financial strength (e.g. PI, cross-border referrals).- To deliver a consistently high standard of service to International customer, understanding their financial needs and building relationships while taking every opportunity to generate income through cross-sales and lead generation- To strengthen Taiwan IWPB service proposition to influence the perception of our brand, a significant segment of IWPB Taiwan, which unequivocally demonstrate our global capability and added-value of Taiwan business, by executing and delivering unique expatriate services to the valuable key personal whose corporation maintains a valued relationship with Banking in Taiwan
Qualifications
- University or above graduated
- Working experience in marketing and sales as personal banker and financial consultant in banks and brokerage firm
- Working experience in banking, investment and other financial institution
- Good understanding of the markets and a technical knowledge of investment products
- Trust L3 License, 外匯業務經辦及覆核人員, 內控證照
- Excellent in writing decent English and oral communication
- Strong skill in customer relationship management, communication and coordination
